Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what WiseAddress (operated by Upgiant) collects, why, and your choices. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
1. What we collect
- Account data — your email address (used for passwordless sign-in) and basic session records.
- Profile data you provide — household details you enter to tailor a report (for example household members, priorities, and health sensitivities you choose to share). You decide what to provide.
- Addresses and searches — the property addresses and listing links you submit.
- Usage and device data — standard logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used to operate and secure the Service.
- Consent records — which legal documents you accepted, their versions, and when.
2. How we use it
- to generate and tailor your property reports;
- to operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service;
- to communicate with you about your account and reports; and
- to comply with law and enforce our Terms.
Health-related details you choose to enter are used only to weight your report and are treated as sensitive. You can omit them or remove them at any time.
3. How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that host our infrastructure, send our email, and provide the data and model APIs that build reports, under contracts limiting their use to providing those services;
- Authorities where required by law; and
- A successor in a merger or acquisition, subject to this Policy.
4. Retention
We keep account and profile data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with law or resolve disputes. Consent records are kept as an audit trail.
5. Your choices
- access, correct, or delete your profile data from your settings;
- delete your account, which removes your profiles and associated records; and
- contact us to exercise any rights available to you under applicable law.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy; material changes will be posted here with a new version. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
